Fall 2007 events for Na'amat Toronto
To help you plan your year, here is a list of events currently planned for Na'amat Cnada, Toronto. To add your event to this list, send us an email or call the Toronto office.
- Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007 at 8 PM – September Council Meeting
- Monday, Sept. 24, 2007 at 7:00 PM – Joint Tribute and Growing up with Na’amat Dinner at Beth David. Cost is $60.00 per person
- Wednesday,October 10 at 8 PM - Council Meeting
- Wednesday, Oct 17, 2007 – Council Membership Evening including Reunion Event and New Membership at Bialik Day School. All current members of Na’amat will be invited. Please send in the names and addresses of people you think would like to attend.
Sock Hop – Saturday Nov 3, 2007 at Bialik Hebrew Day School ....the Band is "Go Freddie Go" sponsored by Clubs Dayan, Ilana and Tamar. Cost is $30 per person. Come dance to the music of the ‘50s and ‘60s, have dessert and participate in the Scotch tasting table. - Sunday, November 4, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. Holocaust Education Week programme with Yad Vashem. It is taking place at the Borochov Cultural Centre. Guest speaker is Dr. Deborah Dwork, Rose Professor of Holocaust History, Director of Strassler Family Centre for Holocaust and Genocide Studies at Clark University.

- Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 8 PM – Council Meeting
- National Convention – July 7 – 15, 2008 – the Convention is being held in Israel. The cost of the land program will US$1850 and will include breakfast daily plus 6 dinners.
